Pressing
Bring in your olives for pressing. We have a brand-new Pierilisi press fro Italy with the latest in technology. The press has a 2-phase integrated cold-press system that guarantees a larger yield than traditional presses. At the same time, it enhanes the organoleptic qualities of the oil it produces. Some things we would like you to keep in mind:

First of all, we will not accept any fruit that has been infested with the olive fruit fly.
If you have any questions about your crop, please call us in advance.

Bins
No bins will be accepted that weigh over 800 pounds.
Vented macro bins (48 x 48 x 32 inches) are preferred.
No wooden bins will be accepted. We have bins avaialbe for rent.
Please call us for availablity and price.

Please limit the filling of large fermenting bins to below a mark 8 inches from the top.

Containers
Bring your own oil containers or

Containers may be purchased at the mill. If you need a large quantity, please let us know in advance.
(There will be fusties availabe in form 3-30 liters in capacity,
but we can order any size.)

No glass oil containers please.

30 or 55 gallon metal or plastic drums are preferred for storing oil.

Bottling
Choose the shape and size of the bottles you like. We will carry some stock on site,
but we can also place a custom order if there is a shape or size we don't carry.

Labeling
Let our professional designer help you with your labels and marketing materials.
Custom packages are available for creating special gift labels for holiday gifts and promotions.
