Welcome to Foxdale Farm, an olive ranch located in Templeton,
in the heart of California's central coast region.
We have the facilities for pressing olive oil as well as for bottling.
With our new Pierilisi press from Italy, we will be able to press any amount of olives. We will service the small producer as well as large, established orchards.
The Pierlisi press will enable us to guarantee a higher yield than traditonal presses, and will enhance the organoleptic qualities of the oil.
